Digital Equity Programs

El Concilio is thrilled to be the new home of the New Voices for Youth (NV) program offerings! NV has provided relevant civic engagement programs for underserved youth in South San Mateo County for over 15 years, with the support of the League of Women Voters of South San Mateo County and Palo Alto.

El Concilio acquired New Voices for Youth in 2025 and is now a part of our digital equity goals to increase our community's digital literacy and our efforts to expand our youth development strategies. Learn more below!

New Voices for Youth

The New Voices for Youth program curriculum empowers young people from underrepresented communities to speak out on issues vital to them and their future, giving them the confidence and knowledge that their perspectives –and their voices– are important.

We are currently offering our program at two partner sites with Siena Youth Center in Redwood City/North Fair Oaks and the East Palo Alto Boys and Girls Club.
